Returns & Exchanges
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide that the product you purchased is no longer required, not the right item or you simply wish to return it you can do so.
I accept returns for exchange or a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Providing the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Please be aware that unfortunatly stud earrings can not be returned due to hygiene reasons. I will accept drop earrings where I can change the hooks but please be considerate that I will be doing so at my own cost.

Returned items will be reimbursed the full purchase price upon arrival at my address. Returned items can also be exchanged for store credit.
The policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping of the original order will be deducted from your refund.
I recommend you use a signed for or tracked service for returning goods to ensure they arrive with me safely.
